Global Yoga Instructor Profile Trained at New York’s prestigious OM Yoga Center under Cyndi Lee, the founder of Vinyasa Yoga, I became only the third Japanese teacher to be certified in OM Yoga (Vinyasa Yoga). I continued my training with internationally renowned masters including Judith Hanson Lasater (Restorative Yoga), Corina Benner (Yin Yoga), and deepened my anatomical knowledge with experts such as Dr. Ray Long and Leslie Kaminoff, integrating a scientific approach into safe and effective yoga instruction. Drawing on my experience in New York yoga studios, I teach students of all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. My personalized instruction adapts to each individual’s body and lifestyle, whether very flexible or struggling with sitting postures such as seiza and cross-legged sitting. My clients include athletes, those recovering from illness or injury, as well as expectant and postpartum mothers. My philosophy is “not one-size-fits-all, but teaching that truly meets the individual.” To date, I have guided more than 10,000 students, always holding the belief that “yoga is for everyone” and supporting each person in restoring balance, harmony, and their authentic self.
