LearnYoga@GudangGudang or LYGG RYS 200 was established in 2013, and the RYS300 was approved in 2018. RYS200 Lead Faculty are Fiska Lukartono ERYT500 & Mona Jahja ERYT500.

OUR VIEW
Mona Jahja ERYT500, clarified the primary purpose of Gudang Gudang Yoga Studio is to bring Yoga experience for busy urban people in a way that is non-intimidating, non dogmatic/judgmental and inclusive. The key to achieve such purpose is have the right Program and solid Faculty team.
The curriculum of our yoga teacher training program is designed to combine ancient wisdom of yoga, sound knowledge and techniques based on science & practice and at the same time emphasizing the importance of self exploration for each student. Some of our graduates are parts of our Yoga Studio core faculty.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL & CURRICULUM
As the curriculum framework, both programs are built based on 4 (Four) elements into ROADMAP, INNER YOGA, ASANA and TEACHING.
RYS200
ROADMAP - setting personal goals & daily journaling, Wisdom of Yoga & application for lifestyl INNER YOGA - Anatomy of Subtle Body, Meditation, Yama-Niyama, Chakra, Pranayama, Kriya ASANA - Context Form/Flow/Form& Flow, Asana Framework (pose knowledge, shape, order of operations, anatomy in poses); Anatomy + Kinesiology: pose improvements, redefine mobility vs. flexibility Intro to Sequencing + Strategy TEACHING - Seat of a Teacher, Essential Skills, mini lessons, your bio, effective script, design. Teach your class, give and receive feedback
Our learning style is engaging, thought provoking, reflective, exploratory and be ready for unexpected twist and turn, throughout the period, for example exaggeration by having a fictitious Yoga Inspector or Prime Minister, Ambassador for Muscles in Asana movements. Each day 1-2 learning moment to stimulate conversations and creativity, games and psst (we don't tell you here). Working in a big room.
In 2020-2021, LYGG obtains exemption to run Online YTT200Hr. In 2022, we received approval to run Online YTT200Hr by Yoga Alliance meeting the criteria. Newest Batch will be run with two options:
1. Full Online for those who can't come to our studio 2. Hybrid (150 Hr offline and 50 Hr online)
200HR MODULAR - JAKARTA
INTRO TO YOGA 30hr Program is an introductory and overview to all Elements (Intro to Yoga and Intro to Poses, Practices, Meditation).
FORM & ANATOMY (Hatha/Alignment Focus) 80 Hr Program - refined Asana Framework I + Anatomy & Physiology +Movements and Sequencing Strategy with Teaching Methodology such as Pose Improvements, Regression/Progression.
FLOW (Vinyasa/Breath Focus) 50 Hr Program - Vinyasa, inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa Surya NamaskaraA + B and Classic Suryanamaskarawhere Ujjayi, Bandhas, Several Flow Sequencing strategies, Teaching a Flow class
INTEGRATE 40Hr Program - Integrate everything we learned and added by refinement teaching techniques, methodology, essential skills and with deeper understanding of Basic Poses as springboard to the next level.
200Hr INTENSIVE YTT
The Program is built progressively from CONTEXT, BASIC, REFINEMENT, INTEGRATION where each day a set of Learning Focus is formed by 4 (Four) Learning Elements (ROADMAP, INNER YOGA, ASANA, TEACHING) and learning moments are through out the days where Lead Faculty stop from time to time to invite self reflection. Team work is one the biggest challenge at first but turned out what brought everyone closer.
300HR MODULAR - JAKARTA
The Program is divided into 3 (Three) 100 Hr Modules each delivered as 70Hr in person + 20Hr Pre-recorded Self Study + 10 Hr Practicum.
Each module is based on a deeper and more advance 4 (four) pillars ROADMAP, INNER YOGA, ASANA, TEACHING. Since this is an advance YTT, each 100Hr module is divided into 60Hr general teaching & 40 Hr specialized teaching according to personal journey (grouped into a 3-5 students/group)
MODULE A - Establish Sadhana and Basic Offering
ROADMAP: the path of Sadhana
ASANA: Form & Flow; to Activate & to Restore/Reset; Physiology & Movements; Somatic Movements; Progressive Arc of Time;
INNER YOGA: the Field of Energy & circadian cycle for practice; Meditation & Nidra
TEACHING: Teach what you practice; Define & visualize Your Class, Design Tools & skills for an effective teaching; Teach progressive program & grow your class
MODULE B - Deepen Sadhana, Study and a Unique Offer
ROADMAP: Roots of Suffering; Dharma & Your Unique Offer
ASANA: Asana Framework II (from Basic to Intermediate/Advance); Anatomy & Kinesiology; Functional;
INNER YOGA: Kriya & Pranayama; Vibration & Sound; Rasas (Emotion)
TEACHING: Your Unique Offer & Who do you want to serve, Design Class & Script; Tools & skills for an effective teaching: Teach all sizes of Class/ Event
MODULE C - Explore, Connect & Grow
ROADMAP: A Path of Love: Bhakti Yoga; Stories from Ancient Yoga; Sangha
ASANA: Classical Yoga & Modern Yoga; Yoga to Balance Urban life styles (sedentary, office workers, hobbies, empowerment); Yoga for Women/ Age groups; Art of Mudra
INNER YOGA: meditation & contemplation; satsang;
TEACHING: Business of Yoga; the Way to Collaborate & Connect; Teach others to teach; the path of continuous Learning. Tools & Skills of a leader & teaching workshops/ master class
