The Studio:

QUARTOCHAKRA Yoga Studio is a welcoming place where you can feel at peace and not judged.

A space for interiority.

A refuge.

Yoga is a return to the natural state in which body, mind and spirit move in unison, in perfect harmony.

Yoga is transformation because it brings us closer to the Truth, to the Beauty, to the Authentic Self.

Just outside the city, with the view of the lighthouse and the Gulf of Olbia, the light from the windows and the scent of the nearby sea, it is easy to perceive the Beauty around and therefore devote yourself to the discovery of the Beauty inside.

The Masters:

B.K.S. Iyengar said: "Ignorance has no beginning, but it has an end; Knowledge has a beginning, but it has no end."

We don't feel like masters but "eternal students" on a path of endless growth and study.

Let us draw on the teachings of Patanjali. Let's try to live yoga in its eight steps, starting with yama (behavior toward others) and niyama (behavior toward oneself).

As teachers we feel the duty to put into practice the niyama Svadhyaya, the study of the self through research, the deepening of texts and symbols, in a cognitive and intellectual path.

And again Iyengar expresses wonderfully: "Svadhyaya is not like the education that is acquired by taking a lesson in which the teacher shows his knowledge in front of an ignorant audience. When people gather for Svadhyaya, the speaker and the listener are united in the same purpose with mutual love and respect. No preaching, hearts speak to each other."
