The course will last four years, for 600 teaching hours, to which are added a total of 75 hours of personal training distributed starting from the second year and the discussion of a final thesis.
For each year, the course will be organized over 10 weekends on a monthly basis, one day of which dedicated to practice and carried out in person at LISSONE MB (at DHARMA SHALA - Via del Carroccio, 36) and the other day dedicated to theory in online (via Zoom). Should other emergency situations arise, the latter will be used to ensure continuity of the course.
Upon completion of the course, participants will have the opportunity to obtain an international recognition RYT®500 issued by the Yoga Alliance.
The teachers of the academy (Alberto Milani, Cristine Spiezia and Bettina Pfaff) will be joined by highly qualified external teachers in the various subjects.

Corso di Formazione Istruttori Jiva Yoga:
Il corso avrà durata quadriennale, per 600 ore di didattica, a cui si aggiunge un totale di 75 ore di tirocinio personale distribuite a partire dal secondo anno e la discussione di una tesi finale.
Per ciascun anno, il corso sarà organizzato in 10 weekend a cadenza mensile, di cui un giorno dedicato alla pratica e svolto in presenza a LISSONE MB (presso DHARMA SHALA - Via del Carroccio, 36) e l'altro giorno dedicato alla teoria in modalità online (tramite Zoom). Qualora dovessero verificarsi altre situazioni emergenziali, quest'ultima verrà utilizzata per garantire la continuità al corso.
Al termine del percorso, i partecipanti avranno la possibilità di ricevere un riconoscimento internazionale RYT®500 rilasciato dalla Yoga Alliance.
Ai docenti dell'accademia (Alberto Milani, Cristine Spiezia e Bettina Pfaff) si affiancheranno docenti esterni altamente qualificati nelle diverse materie.
