Yoga Academy Romania is a Registered Yoga School in permanent improvement.

Our 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is a personal journey for whom ever decide to embark on it. We respect the radiance of each being and try to cultivate it in the best spirit of the yogic practices. Our program helps the practitioner to step up in his practice, offering confidence and support. We encourage yoga practitioners to spread the yogic light of knowledge by teaching others. Our first desire is to unveil the first steps of this practice so the students can make their own choices knowingly without hesitation.

Even if we base our teachings on the old traditions of Yoga teachings and practices as accurate as we learned it from our teachers, we also teach our students the news improvements in this field, documented by International Yogic Institutes or Universities.

The 300 h Advance Yoga Teacher Training brigs more light on the diversity of the Yoga Practice, teaching our students mainly about Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga but with a grate emphasis on the Yogic Philosophy deepening the knowledge on the old and traditional writing with emphasis on Ayurveda.

As long as our ruts are strong and deep in the ancient writings our branches, the new practices, can grow high and powerful.

We have an international team of Teachers sharing their divers knowledge and their unique view of the yoga path and our dream is to have more and more teachers growing under their wings who can at one point step in front, teaching teacher training.

We also have an Assistant program which offers students the possibility to continue their career along with Yoga Academy Romania.
