He has spent hundreds of hours exploring his own practice on the mat which has translated to clear, conscious direction while teaching. Mingo has deepened his practice by traveling to India to study ashtanga with Pattabhi Joi's daughter, Saraswathi, and also began to meditate.
Having felt first-hand the transformative powers that yoga, meditation, and conscious breathing can bring to life, he has spent the last 8 years teaching his students what he has learned. Always with patience, always with compassion, you will find his class rejuvenating and challenging.

The training I received through The Raja Center was far beyond what I could have expected. The teaching was incredibly advanced, yet also accessible. The teachings were traditional, and therefore set a strong foundation for growth and expansion. Not only was the asana teaching highly comprehensive, but the metaphysical studies and the level of philosophical knowledge of yogic texts far exceeded my expectations and expanded my heart, my mind, and my life. I am so grateful for this program and all the ways in with The Raja Center has changed my life.
What an amazing experience! Changed my life completely. Loved the course, my teachers and made new friends in the process. Highly recommended!
