Our RYT200 240-hour TANTRA YOGA Teacher Training is a comprehensive and inspirational program that will transform your practice and deepen your understanding of Tantra and Yoga.
Cornerstones of our teachings are energy and awareness-based Hatha-Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, ritual elements from the Tantric Traditions in a safe space, as well as awareness and heart-centered meditation practice.
We aspire to synchronize body, mind, and heart towards a fully embodied present-moment awareness. We highly value authentic and direct Self-experience as well a profound understanding the underlying philosophy. That is why our TANTRA YOGA TTC is designed around a healthy balance of deep practice and solid theory.
While honoring Yoga’s historical background, we approach Tantra Yoga as a modern and holistic practice, providing you with a potent blend of Eastern tradition and Western science. In our intense on-site training, you will gain a deep understanding of Tantra in its many aspects and how well it integrates with Yoga through an exploration of Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Tantric Ritual Practice, Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology, Yoga and Tantra Philosophy as well as Meditation.
This profound 240-hour program is very suitable for aspiring teachers, as well as for curious practitioners who wish to bring their practice and experiential understanding to the next level in a beautiful and supportive retreat environment. After successful completion of the course, as a certified RYT-200 teacher, you will be able to hold quality, cohesive Tantra Yoga classes along with transformative Ritual Space events - both for yourself as well as in 1on1 and group settings.
In addition to the preparatory work and post-course activities, you are welcome to join us in person on site for the entire four weeks of the main teacher training program. Alternatively, if you have less time available, you can also complete your course in two modules of two weeks each.
