Nestled in the Klamath Basin, between Mt. Shasta and Crater Lake National Park, Mahasana's Yoga Teacher Training is an experience far beyond the reward of certification. The training will rooted intently on anatomic and energetic alignment, sequencing well-thought out classes (styles include Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Gentle Yoga), deepening meditation and pranayama practices, extensive hands-on assisting and teaching practices, and exploring the depths of yoga philosophy. From the basics, all the way to advanced asana's, we'll work to help you integrate these practices so you are empowered to lead a confident, heart-centered, authentic yoga practice.
In addition to all the requirements of a traditional 200hr YA certified training, we add elements such as the traditional Sweat Lodge Ceremony, Vision Quest, Shamanic Drumming, and Chi Gong to further deepen your practice.
We embrace all ages, styles, and aspirations, and look forward to meeting you for 16 days of fun, vision, and immersion into deeper teachings of yoga.
