During this dynamic 8-week course, you will be given the tools to uncover and release your voice with poise and confidence. YoYoYogi’s comprehensive Teacher Training will teach you how to teach so you can help your students connect with their body, breath and being. We believe yoga and life is meant to be experienced not won; therefore, our instruction is sensation-based rather than a rooted in aesthetics or performance.
We dive deep! Our holistic approach honors yoga's roots as we weave together the physical, physiological, psychological, philosophical and energetic essences of this practice. Together, we will create inspired classes and navigate modern day existence with the ancient wisdom teachings as our foundation.
