Karma yoga training has been a profound experience of learning, growth and self discovery. Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Meditation, Mantra, sanskrit, Philosophy, Kriya Yoga, anatomy, Vedic-Astro Numerology, Bhakti Yoga and Yoga Nidra trainings accompanied by daily sadhana had taught me the beauty of mindfulness, the stranght in patience and the endless possibilities of Self Realisation. A few days silent yoga retreat as part of the training has been a transformative experience, helping me to appreciate the beauty in simplicity and the details often overlooked. Tassos Antonopoulos Narayana has always been supporting through this journey and motivated me to continue this path waith an open heart and a curious mind, embracing each moment with grace and wisdom gained.
