入学当時は別の仕事をしていましたが、「ヨガインストラクターになれたらいいなあ。」と何となく思い浮かべていたときに、KANA CREATIVE YOGAのHPを見付けました。講座を受ける前は、自分に資格を取ることができるのか、インストラクターになれるのかと半信半疑でした。しかし、受講するたびにその不安や疑念は消えていきました。座学ではヨガ哲学や解剖学といった知識を先生の実体験を交えたお話から具体的に学び、スクールの仲間とのディスカッションではその時の不安や期待も共有しながらいつも安心して受講することができました。実技ではアーサナや呼吸法の解説や誘導の仕方を無理のないボリュームで丁寧に教えていただきました。わからないことがあればいつでも、どんなことでも質問することができる雰囲気でした。講座終了後の卒業課題では、実際にヨガレッスンのボランティアをします。ボランティアを行ったことで卒業後すぐに活動を始めることができました。一方、卒業することでスクールで出会った仲間ともう頻繁に会えなくなることが寂しくもありました。資格だけではなくかけがえのない仲間とも出会えたことは、この先のヨガインストラクター人生にとって心の支えになると感じています。
