beYOGA is an infrared heated yoga studio on the second floor above guest reception @ the Summit at Danbury. We are currently offering both a hybrid in person and virtual practice-anywhere experiences.

Our studio is comprised of state of the art mechanicals and technology, each selected with your safety and clean experience in mind. We have multiple bipolar ionizer air cleaners which attach and destroy pathogens and use a steam floor cleaner to eliminate 99.9% of pathogens on the floor. The practice space is 1,500. square feet with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the experience of community.

We offer a variety of styles of yoga. Each class is designed for the student present. Classes will cover all skill levels from beginner to advanced, vigorous movement to restorative.

Our teachers are registered Yoga Alliance Teachers and offer a diverse schedule. To expand on your practice, we have our own beYOGA Yoga Alliance RYT200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training program led by studio co-founder Elle Courtney ERYT500. Everyone that graduates have found their voice and have confidence to teach.
