For over 20 years, I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga, and for 15 years, I have been teaching it to others. I am a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) certified Kundalini Yoga teacher of levels 1 and 2, as well as a certified prenatal and Yin Yoga teacher. Yoga is not just my work, but above all, a great passion and a way of life. On a daily basis, I run the virtual school and Kundalini Yoga studio Sat Nam Club, along with various programs, workshops, courses, and yoga retreats. I am the author of several online courses and the book "Journey Through the Chakras." I also train future yoga teachers.
