Suka Yoga & Mobility School is a modern yoga school inspired by the joy of movement. Our name, “Suka,” carries a double meaning: in Indonesian, it means“to like” or “joy,” while in Sanskrit, “Śuka” symbolizes wisdom, freedom, and delight, reflecting the essence of our approach.

We specialise in combining Vinyasa-based yoga with mobility- focused movement, helping students of all levels develop strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness.

Rooted in vinyasa yoga and inspired by contemporary movement science, our trainings blend tradition with innovation to create transformative learning experiences.
