I am proud of being part of the family and community of Yogamedicina ® by Claudia Peña , Chile. Their support, dedication and commitment in the teaching of Yoga, specially of my professors Claudia Peña and Lourdes Soto made me understand how valuable are the preaching of Yoga principles to my classmates, my students, and myself. Their rigorous training and academic approach makes me confident about the knowledge I possess to be a Yoga teacher but I see with humility that I am a forever student of Yoga and I aim to learn from the universe and its experiences as a yoga teacher and alumni. I will forever be thankful of Yogamedicina and the path I took to be part of the Yoga community worldwide and as a member of Yogamedicina.
The training at the school changed my perspective, since I was previously a yoga teacher, but I didn't consider yoga as therapy. This new milestone allowed me to want to share what I've learned and help improve the quality of life of those who come to me through these teachings.
