Notre école de yoga offre une formation unique et immersive en Hatha Yoga, combiné à l'enseignement spirituel profond et transformateur d'Osho. Cette approche holistique place la programme Science spirituelle au cœur de notre, guidant nos élèves vers un équilibre entre corps, esprit et âme.
La formation est composée d'une partie théorique en distanciel, couvrant des sujets essentiels comme l'anatomie, la physiologie et l'histoire du yoga. Ce parcours est complété par 8 jours intensifs sur 4 week-ends en présentiel dans un lieu paisible en pleine nature où vous découvrirez la pédagogie et l'art d'enseigner le yoga. Avec des groupes de maximum 5 élèves, nous offrons une attention personnelle et un cadre propice à la progression de chaque participant.
