Yoga Loft was founded in 2018 with the vision of making yoga accessible, modern, and transformative for everyone. Our school blends traditional yoga philosophy with contemporary practices, offering a unique experience rooted in movement, breath, and mindfulness.
We specialize in Dharma Yoga, Aerial Yoga (Aeroyoga), Sculpt & Strength-based yoga, and restorative practices like Sound Bath, Backmittra, breathwork and Meditation. Our trainings and classes integrate a balance of physical strength, flexibility, nervous system regulation, and soulful practices to create lasting transformation for our students.
Inspired by teachers such as Sri Dharma Mittra, we honor the classical roots of yoga while embracing modern methods that fit today’s lifestyle. Our philosophy is grounded in self-inquiry, compassion, and empowerment, inviting each student to explore yoga as a path of self-awareness and holistic well-being.
