Founder, Yoga India - Hitesh J is a senior yoga teacher and trainer with over 12 years of teaching experience in the field of Iyengar Yoga, classical yoga, modern integration of yoga, program design, and teacher training. Recognised Level 4 Yoga Master (Yoga Certification Board, India), E-RYT500 (Yoga Alliance, USA), and Senior Teacher at Shriyog Institute of Iyengar Yoga, Pune.
He is also the Author of
Progress Towards Harmony
(2024) and
The ALIGN Method
(2025). His current projects are in the field of yoga research, sequencing modules, therapeutic applications of Yoga, and courses on Yoga as a life tool.
