Ann Yocum Yoga was the first hot yoga studio in Monmouth County , New Jersey. We are conveniently located at 265 Rt 34 right by rt 18 and very close to rt 537 in Colts Neck, NJ. The love of Hot yoga pervades when you walk through our doors. We cater to every level of student with great compassion, love and kindness. We also offer Hot Flow- a vinyasa class with no heat- just lots of internal heat, Ballet-barre, Hot music and private instruction. We have two yoga rooms so we never feel crowded. Ann has trained all of her hot yoga teachers and there is a real continuity and family-like feel to the studio. The students are loyal and bring us much passion and joy to all of our yoga classes. The Hot Yoga teacher training which has been offered twice in Feb 2013 and again in October 2013 has been extremely successful and we will be planning to do more. Ann really teaches people how to teach and relate to each individual student. Ann is looking forward to her next Hot yoga teacher training this sept 2016.
