If you’re looking for a professional, high-quality education that actually prepares you to teach with confidence, I can’t recommend SVK Yoga enough. I came into this 200-hour training wanting to build a strong foundation and professional competency in trauma informed yoga and somatics, and thanks to their flexible modules and incredibly responsive support team, I’ve achieved exactly that. The experience was the perfect balance of informative, engaging, and relaxing. My favorite part of the curriculum was definitely the real-time instructional videos. Having a teacher explain the "why" and "how" of a pose while actually demonstrating it made everything so easy to grasp. The text materials were also straightforward and easy to follow, which made note-taking a breeze. On a personal level, this course has been transformative. My anxiety has decreased significantly, and I feel more grounded, patient, and physically flexible. I’ve noticed a shift in how I carry myself; I’m listening more and feeling much more secure in my own skin. A real "aha" moment for me was learning to stop "jumping right into" a practice and instead taking the time to mentally welcome the class and prepare my own mind and body first. I give SVK Yoga a 10/10. The format is excellent, the materials are transparent, and the team is wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back for future certifications!
