Twisted Hot Yoga

Are you feeling like you need a change? Are you feeling disconnected from yourself? Stuck? Uninspired? Ready to take a step closer to your true self?

Yoga teacher training is not just for people hoping to teach yoga. Yoga teacher training is the perfect way to study yoga and spend some time connecting to yourself and learning more about your practice in a community of like-minded people.

We have two trainings scheduled for 2025/2026

1. The in-person 200 hour program begins in October 2025 at Twisted Hot Yoga in Caledonia, MI. This training is considered the foundational yoga training and is required to teach in most cases.

2. 300 hour training is 100% virtual and starts in January 2026. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection. The schedule is flexible and a smaller cohort group means plenty of individual support as well as a community feel. Great for those wanting to learn how to teach yoga AND those interested in learning more and focusing on deepening their practice without an interest in teaching. Schedule consists of short weekly meetings and longer monthly weekend immersions.

Anyone can apply for this training but in order to receive a RYT 500 credential from Yoga Alliance you must complete (or have completed) a 200 hour training with a RYS 200.
