Only when mind is focused in its subtlest unit, we can realize our true self and the ultimate aim of yoga is accomplished. With age 15, I used to sit at a Shiva temple near my home in Kerala or went into the jungle for meditation and started to develop a sincere & deep devotion to God Shiva. Wishing from my heart to share this devotion with other beings, I was developing yoga techniques throughout the last 12 years and teach classes in Kerala and Dharamsala to make them accessible for everyone, adapted to your level of experience and flexibility. Whether you are new on the path of yoga and self-discovery or are looking to deepen your existing practice, I like to take you and your understanding of the true principles of yoga and conscious living to the next level. The yoga school is situated in Varkala, Kerala between palm trees and close to the beach.
