My experience with the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School teacher training program has been deeply enriching and transformative, both personally and professionally. The training offered a solid, intelligent and progressive approach to Ashtanga Vinyasa, respecting the traditional roots of the practice while making it accessible, embodied and sustainable for modern practitioners and teachers. What I valued most was the depth of knowledge shared, the emphasis on intelligent sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and the cultivation of self-inquiry through practice. The teachers create a supportive yet challenging environment that encourages discipline, curiosity and authenticity, allowing each student to grow in their own unique way. This training strengthened not only my physical practice, but also my understanding of yoga as a holistic path—integrating body, breath, awareness and teaching methodology. I am grateful for the clarity, inspiration and confidence this program has given me, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serious, conscious and progressive yoga education. — Nina Adams
