The years of experience and shared wisdom that Brent and Sheri possess have shaped their ability to create such a fantastic program. There is a tremendous amount of attention, detail, and care given to every aspect of the program. Such intentionality really allows you to so wonderfully deepen your practice. Through the teacher training program at Plymouth Yoga Room, I was able to strengthen and explore new depths within my own practice, build and then refine teaching skills, and to be a part of a wonderful community - all invaluable gifts that I am truly so grateful for.
