The experience was the perfect balance of informative, engaging, and relaxing. My favorite part of the curriculum was definitely the real-time instructional videos. Having a teacher explain the "why" and "how" of a pose while actually demonstrating it made everything so easy to grasp. The text materials were also straightforward and easy to follow, which made note-taking a breeze. On a personal level, this course has been transformative. My anxiety has decreased significantly, and I feel more grounded, patient, and physically flexible. I’ve noticed a shift in how I carry myself; I’m listening more and feeling much more secure in my own skin.
