We believe yoga and meditation is a philosophy of life, a path for relaxation, happiness and transformation. We share what we know but the most important we guide you for your own experience. Yoga and meditation are not to be used as a means of escape, but as a practice or a form of direct focus on the moment, the present. We live daily by our present moment. This is what we want to transmit to our students. We are here to teach and assist you for the courses and classes.. Our Goa Campus is equipped with Ayurvedic Massage and Yoga Retreat facilities.
