Comencé a practicar yoga en el año 2002 y comencé a impartir clases en el año 2008. Como estudiante de Psicología, hubo un perídodo que me concentré mucho en la mente, estudiar, leer y descuidé mi cuerpo físico. Al comenzar a practicar yoga sentí el complemento perfecto y entendí muchas cosas incluso de mi carrera como psicoterapeuta. Somos seres integrales, cuerpo, alma y mente es importante que se mantengan en armonía.
