Vinyasa offers dynamic flows with core-strengthening transitions, and YES (Yoga for Emotional Support) provides tools for self-care and emotional harmony. Our newest offerings are YES for Youth; YES Explorers is designed for Elementary school aged children and Qi Gong- a practice combining gentle movement and mindful breathing to cultivate balance and the body's vital energy force called Qi (Chi).
In addition to classes, we offer a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as the YES Teacher Training and Workshops/ Events to support your growth and learning.
