Kashish Yoga India - Goa

Kashish Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

Kashish means attraction. When you feel a pull towards something, a certain allurement. In our case, students come here because they feel that Yoga draws them towards it. Yoga calls out to them. We hope that it calls out to all human beings on this earth because it is such a fantastic discipline. Union of yourself with the higher self is the culmination of yoga.

Kashish yoga (a Yoga Alliance International US), currently imparts 200 hours multi-style and 300 hours of Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinayasa Yoga teacher training in the land of picturesque beaches (Goa) , Yoga (Rishikesh) & Dharamshala. Kashish Yoga is committed in uniting the body, mind and soul of each individual for a holistic and healthy lifestyle.

Our practice of 200, 300 hour Yoga teacher training courses are systematic and scientific, teaching traditional yoga with a blend of modernization. We believe the philosophy taught in our school should be useful in one’s daily life. If you study with us you will emerge as a versatile, well –rounded and successful yoga teacher in the world. Our mode of instruction is staying true with the trusted Indian Gurukula system. Knowledge is imparted through the evolving relationship between the Guru and the student (Shishya).
