This teacher training program complemented my heavily asana focused 200-hour program by providing an online space where we could “gather” and explore everything from different interpretations of ancient yogic texts and various philosophies, to the challenges facing yoga teachers today. I especially appreciated the opportunity to meet weekly with J. Brown and my cohort of fellow students to discuss our individual perspectives & experiences as they related to the current topic—and whatever else was arising for us. We had access to a wealth of resources during our training, and all students get to retain access to many of those materials forever. And J. seems willing to provide continued guidance.
J’s program was the ideal follow up to my 200hr YTT. With practices and lectures throughout the year, it gave our cohort the opportunity to grow together and really absorb yoga concepts and teaching philosophies. I would absolutely recommend this program.
