I thought this training program was excellent and provided so much time and space for all different kinds of learning, which was especially helpful for me. The only section where I felt the program could improve was the mentoring. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported in this regard and I could see an established connection with an experienced mentor being a huge benefit to new teachers. Other than that, I felt very supported and free to ask any question I wanted during our learning time and our instructor, Nancy, was readily available for any questions we may have. I also felt ready to lead classes upon completion of the program. I also really appreciated the space this program gave for me to feel supported with tools and the groundwork for teaching, but also gave me the freedom to apply my own teaching style to my classes rather than feeling I had to rigidly follow an exact way of teaching. This program overall was very inspiring, supportive and empowering
