Gomathi Andiappan Yoga And Naturopathy Educational Research Trust -Gaya Yoga was founded by Mrs. Gomathi, Grand Yoga Master of Guruji Dr. Asana Andiappan, with the vision of sharing authentic yoga rooted in tradition while adapting to modern lifestyles. Inspired by the teachings of classical yoga philosophy and the guidance of respected teachers from the Andiappan yoga lineage, our programs emphasize not only the physical aspects of yoga but also meditation, pranayama, and self-discovery. Our learning environment—both in-person and online—is warm, supportive, and inclusive.  Students who join Gaya yoga can expect to deepen their personal practice while gaining the confidence and skills to share yoga with authenticity and compassion.
