Our approach to yoga is a little different, we have an extremely wide range of class types that we offer, focusing on different types of wellness communities which gives us a very diverse population of teachers and students.

To help foster this diverse community we have rates that are actually affordable, classes almost every hour and teachers that have range.

Our teacher trainings follow these same principles: we offer in-person and online trainings with rates that are up to 10x lower than the typically training and you'll learn more than just Vinyasa as we cover every major style of yoga.
