Ecstatic Yoga offers a wide spectrum of deep experiences of empowered embodiment. You will become adept in reaching deep states of Samadhi, expanded states of rapture, and basking in the presence of mindfulness and the bliss of asana and pranayama experiences.

Ecstatic Yoga will bring a deep transformation of a student's inner and outer life, while providing you the confidence and tools needed to be an exemplary yoga teacher. We offer Online Teacher Trainings, Hybrid Teacher Trainings and are opening our 23 day 200 hour trainings  soon in retreat settings in Playa Dominical, Costa Rica and Lava Hot Springs, Idaho USA. Both locations are in spectacularly beautiful rural area's with lots of room to walk, ride the ocean waves, soak in natural mineral hot springs, or walk to town.

Ecstatic Yoga is a whole harmonious yoga teacher training that includes; Asana's (Postures), Pranayama (Breath), Devotion (Bhakti), Nidra (Yogic Sleep Meditation), Raja (8 Fold Path), Ceremony, Yogic Dance, Chant and much more. The intention is to deeply integrate the yogic lifestyle, raise your hearts vibration, while powerfully gaining all the skills needed to lead transformation yoga classes.

Our accommodations include single, double or dorm, 3 organic farm to table meals a day, mineral pool, juice bar,  24 hour tea & coffee, meditation hall and shrine.
