Challenge to Change offered an amazing 200 hr YTT course online. Taking the course online allowed for flexibility that fit my busy schedule, and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was clearly explained and there was a great balance of synchronous learning with instructors, ready-to-watch video content, and physical practice. This course was a comprehensive and inspiring experience that focused on many aspects of yoga. Learning about the balance of physical practice, philosophy, and anatomy was so impactful. Challenge to Change made it easy to find community in others taking this course despite it being online as there was quite a bit of collaboration and discussion. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more accessible and flexible way to fit a teacher training into their schedule to deepen there knowledge whether it be for teaching or personal practice!
