About Casa Yoga

Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance–approved program is a transformative journey designed to awaken the yogi within.

The training begins by cultivating a strong foundation in alignment, mindful movement, and embodied awareness—helping each participant refine their personal practice physically, mentally, and spiritually.

From this rooted practice, the program evolves into the art and science of teaching—emphasizing yoga philosophy, sequencing, cueing, and authentic presence. Meditation, mindset, and self-inquiry remain at the heart of the journey, guiding students toward confident leadership and true embodiment of yoga both on and off the mat.

Led by Alejandra Arguindegui, a teacher with over 30 years of experience, this training integrates her deep knowledge of physical training, plant-based nutrition, and years of study in meditation under Dr. Joe Dispenza. Alejandra brings a wealth of wisdom, bridging ancient teachings with modern science and lifestyle practices that elevate the body, mind, and spirit.

I am extremely blessed to have been trained by Alejandra Arguindegui and Allison Flores. Casa Yoga’s certification program exceeded my expectations! I love being a yoga teacher and sharing my passion and love with others. Alejandra is one of a kind! She’s a beautiful soul who continuously invests time in her instructors so that we can deliver safe , and challenging classes for all levels of students I’m very grateful to be a part of Casa Yoga tribe!

My training had a in depth focus to prepare us to teach a class, so I consider the program lacked the spiritual and philosophical training. Nevertheless I did was well prepared to teach safely.
