The Be Well RYS 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training will provide you with a strong foundation in both the technical and philosophical facets of yoga and is the perfect balance of asana (physical practice) and spiritual practice. Throughout the teacher training you will learn physical alignment, anatomy, and adjustments, as well as inner alignment (meditation, pranayama). Our training incorporates the traditional teaching styles of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and we will focus on principles that apply across all yogic traditions, exploring the many ways to teach a great yoga class. Our goal is to inspire, and give students a safe environment to realize their own potential while gaining all of the tools necessary to find their own unique voice and style.
Be Well’s teacher training is ideal for the serious student who aspires to start teaching yoga, as well as the student who would like to deepen their own knowledge and personal practice, and enrich their life on and off the mat.
Meeting over the course of 10 weekends, each day will have a different theme, but all will include physical practice, instruction, discussion and practice teaching.
