BDY's program is incredibly well thought out, well-rounded, and well paced. The content covered the physical postures, as well as philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and more. The program also fostered a deep emotional connection within the class cohort.
I really enjoyed my yoga teacher training at BDY. I loved that it was a small group. We got a lot of individualized attention because of the group size. I also loved that it was a hybrid of in-person and on-line studies. The flexibility made it very doable. I thought the training was very comprehensive. We learned so much more than just the asanas. We learned about Prana and the Yamas and Niyamas, the history, the philosophy, anatomy, meditation, principles of movement, chakras, Sanskrit, etc... I could go on and on. I'm also quite fond of my book that I can refer back to that holds so many good nuggets of information.
