Living Yoga Valencia started to empower people on the path of Yoga more than 7 years ago. Under the slogan "Loving Ashtanga Yoga" we teach, promote and foment the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, yet in the same time adapted to the needs of the western practitioner: a fast pacing individual living in a medium that is changing rapidly, always evolving and expanding.
In order to fully reap the benefits of this wonderful practice, it is important to realize the need of developing a routine and incorporate Yoga into daily life, thus allowing the practice to do its “magic”, so one can enjoy a healthy and happy life.
With this in mind, we offer a flexible schedule, with led and mysore (self practice) classes that helps people to rapidly develop the habit of a personal practice, to deepen focus and to fully expand the personal understanding of the practice of Yoga, no matter the mental and/or physical levels.
