Completing my 200hr YTT at OM School of Yoga, Acrobatics and Healing Arts was a transformative experience that balanced academic rigor with spiritual depth. This is a truly comprehensive curriculum that refuses to take shortcuts. While many programs focus solely on the physical asana, this training honors the full lineage of yoga, integrating deep-rooted philosophy and tradition with modern physical alignment. Most importantly, the school fosters a culture of empathy and kindness, teaching us that true mastery of yoga is as much about how we treat others off the mat as it is about the practice on it. I feel exceptionally prepared to lead with both technical precision and a compassionate heart.
