The Yoga Hive YTT is a very unique and special training. We covered so much content and ground in this training that you dont find elsewhere, especially not in a format as flexible as this Online YTT. I feel prepared to sequence and teach not only asana, but pranyama and kriya, and feel confident to speak and guide students on topics beyond the physical.
