About this retreat
The Yoga of Emotions method® is based on the belief that Yoga is much more than a physical practice, it’s a holistic system that can really change your life!
We aim to take you on a journey beyond the body, embracing your soul and finding your deepest truth.
Combining Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Visualisation and Yoga Philosophy, each class is a unique exploration of a theme, going deep on your emotions, embracing them, working towards acceptance and healing. In the end, giving you the time to find the space to incorporate all this knowledge and growth into your practice but also into your life, outside of the mat.
Consistency will allow you to discover your true self and walk towards a more Centered, Conscious, Peaceful, Fulfilled and Happier human being.
It’s a journey to feel, acknowledge and enjoy each step of the way and forget about the final destination. Once you’ve started it, there’s no coming back!
