This program delivered everything is was said to be and more. Taryn, Yan and Alka have created the most magical space for self-discovery, self-love and self-appreciation all with the added benefit of amazing yoga and meditation classes, comprehensive asana labs, fun and insightful anatomy classes and daily doses of magic.
