7 Yoga Academy is a Yoga school based in the Netherlands, offering high-quality yoga education for aspiring and experienced teachers. Our mission is to empower students to become grounded, knowledgeable, and authentic yoga teachers through a blend of traditional wisdom and contemporary insight.
We offer:

200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200 certification)

100-hour advanced modules for specialization and deepening

Our trainings are rooted in classical Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong emphasis on anatomy, philosophy, breathwork, sequencing, and personal development. We value community, presence, and lifelong learning, and are proud to create a safe and inspiring environment for growth.
