About this retreat
Whether you’re already a seasoned yogi or if you have never set foot on a yoga mat before, you are always welcome at Open Yoga. With over 60 live studio classes and 7 online classes every week, you can do your yoga wherever and whenever you want.
From active yoga classes (basics, ashtanga, power, vinyasa, flow & yogahour), yin yoga classes, restorative and MFR (self massage) and yoga nidra. We teach in Dutch & English, classes are 60, 75 or 90 minutes! We host a wide variety of events and workshops each month, from womens circle to complex poses breakdown, to retreats in our studio and abroad.
When you are ready for your next step in yoga, you want to learn more and deepen your practice, join our Teacher Training program. We offer a 200 hour training (this is your first step you have to take) and continuing education programs which you can combine in to our 300 hour training.
