I can't say enough good things about Zin Yoga Studio. It was truly a life changing experience to go through YTT at this wonderful place. Kara makes you feel like family and works her hardest to make you successful in your yoga journey. There is so much love and devotion put into this program, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a true yoga teacher training experience. This 7-month program included multiple workshops with guest teachers giving you an inside look into their specialties and experiences. There was an in depth look at the history and philosophy of yoga, which was so interesting to learn about. The assigned readings and homework assignments were awakening, moving, and thought provoking. All of the classes offered at this studio are fun, unique, and have warm and welcoming instructors. As a busy mom, being able to take this training over the span of 7-months gave me the flexibility to continue my normal life but also enjoy the experience of YTT. Zin Yoga has a special place in my heart and Kara has knowledge beyond her years. I have so much respect and adoration for her and her studio.
I have loved this training program so much! It was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Kara, the owner of the studio, is extremely knowledgeable, especially about alignment, and she brought in several amazing experts to cover all of the different aspects of the training, like philosophy, prenatal yoga, anatomy, Ayurveda, yin, restorative, and so on. She provided plenty of opportunities to practice teaching community classes as well, and how to give assists. I'm so glad I chose this studio for my training! I feel like I finished the training with a little community of yogis that I continue to keep up with, and with so much knowledge on all of the limbs of yoga. Everyone was so supportive and positive.
