This year-long training included modules on yoga history philosophy, the universal principles of alignment, mindfulness, meditation and much more. Our cohort became a tight-knit group. There are ample opportunities to practice together outside of class and build a nurturing community and increase your confidence as a teacher.
I learned so much during this teacher training! Saraswati has been one of the kindest and most welcoming teachers I've had the privilege to study with, and the program itself was very enlightening and complete. I really enjoyed being able to practice teaching at the studio and sharing our experiences with our fellow trainees. Thank you Yoga Kula :)
