Yoga of Energy Flow teacher training program provided a very enriching curriculum. I am deeply grateful for my teachers, Daniel Orlansky and Andrea Fotopoulos, who are dedicated, generous, passionate, and compassionate. They encouraged us to be curious, challenged us to discover what yoga meant, presented positive energy, and a lot of wisdom in yoga practice and teaching. They shared their extensive experiences on how to observe, understand, and help others in yoga practice that are suitable for them. I felt empowered to discover in myself what was hidden and considered impossible previously. I gained much confidence in sharing yoga practice with others and helping make yoga more accessible to people. Most importantly, their training program brought out so much joy and I look forward to continuing my yoga journey by bringing the joy to others.
Andrea and Daniel each bring such a unique specialty and energy to the training, and they complement each other so well. Could not recommend this training enough!
