(B.K.S. Iyengar) Wir bilden in Zusammenarbeit mit wundervollen Yogalehrer*innen mit 200 Stunden und 300 Stunden Aufbau aus. In unseren Seminaren lehren wir praxisorientiert und lebensnah. Bei uns wird Yoga erfahren und gelehrt um selbst zu wachsen in allen Lebensbereichen. Yoga ist so viel mehr als ein ganzheitliches Workout, Yoga ist Leben in Verbundenheit. Es werden die vielen Aspekte des Yoga beleuchtet. \n\nWir arbeiten mit modernster Technik, an Skelettmodellen und am Körper, um unseren Schülern tiefes, verständliches Wissen anwendbar zu vermitteln. Wir arbeiten sowohl mit eigenem YOGA freiraum Lehrer*innen Team, als auch mit erfahrenen Referenten und Referentinnen zusammen, die vor allem praxisorientiert und an der persönlichen Entwicklung der Teilnehmer interessiert sind.
