Yoga East holds a very special place in my heart and feels truly sacred to me. The space, the teachers, and the way yoga is offered here carry a depth that goes beyond physical practice. Each session feels accurately and thoughtfully guided, with genuine care and respect for where every student is in their journey. What I have found at Yoga East is deeply transformative, and every time I come I leave feeling grounded and lighter.
